Well at first I was a little skeptical about this product. I mean really... "Facelift in a Bottle"! To my amazement I could actually see a difference in my skin after about 2 weeks of taking the pill once a day. My skin feels smoother and fuller. To start with let me say I am a animal lover! I don't love the odor or stains they leave behind. It seems impossible to rid the smells and stains. I have four yorkies and love them dearly. I received this teeth whitening kit and followed the instruction exactly. I have been using it for about 4 weeks. Getting the trays fitted took a little bit, because I had to remold several times to get a good fit. After that I trimmed away the edges until they felt smooth and nothing was rubbing or scratching the gums or tongue. Next, taking the gel and putting in the areas of the front teeth only. I did use the light that is included in the kit. I wore them 15 min. three times a week and my teeth have whitened very nicely! I did have some sensitivity, so I would follow using the gel for people like me who have sensitive teeth. That gel is sold separate. All in all this is a very good whitening system. After receiving this product I was a little concerned that it could do damage to my face after reading the instructions. It explains in detail the possibility of how it could burn and a small patch test should be done first. And the fact that you only leave on a min. was kinda scary. Well I followed the instructions and to my surprise it was wonderful! Being that you only leave it on for a min. it is much easier to use than a mask, that has to stay on for 15 to 20 min. With this face peel you only have to use it every 4 weeks. The benefits are great. My skin felt new again. Soft and smooth. The next morning after using it my face was not dry at all.
