I have only used this 4 times and I have to say that my teeth are plenty white!! I did not have any sensitive teeth after using, but I did use the blue gel following the bleach treatments just to make sure. This bleach is so easy to use and you only leave it on for 10 min. I have used bleach products in the past that you had to wear all night or at least 5 or 6 hours for them to work. This one is quick and requires no light for it to work. I only have one complaint.. it does not have the % of carbamide peroxide? It would be nice if were printed on the box. Other than that, I really like this bleach whitener! It is fast and easy to use. I would recommend it anyone that has been to the dentist regularly with no dental issues, as these would need to be fixed before any kind of bleaching should be done.
