Polly Plastics Moldable Plastic Pellets

A many many times in the past I could have used this! What a great invention. The ideas are endless at what you could use this for. And so easy to use, if you mess up, all you have to do is re-melt and start over. I did not actually make anything yet. I did a repair on a fairy figurine, my Mom bought at a yard sale. It is beautiful, but one of her fingers was broken and the very tip of her wing. I thought this was a great time to put the Polly Plastics to work. I will admit it took a little getting used to. But after I got the right tools to shape and mold the plastic to the right shape it was rather easy. I used some of the polymer tools/instruments that I had. After I finished and painted you can hardly see where the repairs are done. This stuff is awesome!! I am so glad that I received this for a honest and unbiased review. I would definitely recommend this stuff to anyone. So many things it can be used for, at all ages! Below are the product description found on Amazon. Go check it out! Product Description Polly Plastics Moldable Plastic is perfect for making plastic parts without injection molds or 2-part epoxy systems. Just heat the pellets in hot water until they turn from white to clear. Once clear, you can mold them into any shape you desire. Upon cooling, they will be strong and permanent. If you change your mind, you can reheat it and modify until you get it right. Make colored parts by adding powder paint or alcohol dye (available at craft stores) to the molten pellets while you are working them. Alternately, you can paint or varnish the part after it has cooled. Since this plastic is so strong, you can drill it, sand it or superglue it to something else.
