I really liked this energy bar!! And with all of the good stuff in it everyone should be eating these!! I love pineapple and coconut anyway..but this has chia seeds and omega 3s which is great for you!! NO GMO either!! Its taste is kinda sweet but not too sweet. Has a good texture and feels good to the palate and it actually made me feel full and satisfied. No lie.. I wish I had one right now just talking about it makes me want one.
