Ok, so I thought I would give another try with the gel inserts. The last 3 or 4 ones I have tried have not been of any benefit to me. Actually they made my feet hurt, because of the thickness and the fact that I have a high arch. So, I received these in exchange for a honest and unbiased review. As the other ones I have tried you just trim the outside to fit your size, which is very easy to do. I have tried them with several of different types of shoes...boots, clogs and tennis shoes. I will say these did actually feel good with some of my shoes. Not all of my will work though. My tennis shoes seem to work the best with them. My boots and clogs are not good with them. I am sure it has to do the the high arch issue. I have a hard time even finding a pair of boots the will fit because of this issue. My final thoughts on these gel inserts are: they are easy to cut into the size you need, they stay put in place in the shoe. Very well made and gave me great support with my tennis shoes.
