I have been using this for a little over three weeks. I can see some difference in the hyperpigmentation on my neck. The marks are a result from the sun. I really do not think they will ever be totally gone. I have tired several different creams and gels etc. I received this for a honest and unbiased review. So I thought I would give it a try. Like I said there is some difference, but still there. Not saying with continued use it may continue to fade. Now summer is here and the sun makes it look better. I know that in the long run it will only make it worse. I love a tan and this is the price I have had to pay. The cream is easy to apply and absorbs quick and does not have much of a smell. In the product description it does say 3-6 weeks so I will continue and maybe I will see a little more difference. I am kind of in the middle about this product. I would rather use it the full 6 weeks before I say how good it is going to work... So for now I will give it a 4 star. I can see a difference.
